Who can lease an office at Columbia Legal Suites?

Our suites are designed specifically for legal professionals — including solo practitioners, small firm attorneys, mediators, and legal consultants. If you’re seeking attorney shared office space for rent in Columbia, our community is built for you.

All tenants are required to have their practice in Good Standing, as well as agree to a criminal background and credit check.

What Leasing Terms are Available?

Our offices are available through traditional commercial lease terms for a minimum of 12 months. The vision for Columbia Legal Suites is to provide a permanent, professional home for your law practice, but we also welcome temporary tenants who are hoping to grow in the future.

What Amenities Are Included with my Lease?

All leases include Wi-Fi, utilities, and cleaning services, along with access to shared spaces such as the boardroom, break room, and kitchen. Everything you need to focus on your clients is included in one convenient rate. Learn More About Amenities

Do you offer virtual offices or per day usage?

No. Columbia Legal Suites provides private office spaces for attorneys on long-term leases only. This ensures a stable, professional environment for every tenant and their clients. 

Are only lawyers welcome?

No! While our primary tenants are legal professionals, we of course welcome other professionals in need of an office for rent.
